Vector files are ideal — .ai, .eps, .svg, or a vector .pdf. They scale crisp at any size and let us pull colors cleanly for screen prints.
If you only have a raster file, send the largest version you have (ideally 300 DPI at full print size) as .png with a transparent background or .tif. Screenshots and social-media exports usually don't have enough resolution for apparel.
Not sure what you have? Just upload it on the quote form and we'll tell you if it'll print clean or needs a redraw. We do art touch-ups in-house.
We provide the blanks — that's baked into our "Good / Better / Best" tee pricing ($3.25 / $4.75 / $6.00 blank cost). We stock major brands like Gildan, Bella+Canvas, Next Level, Comfort Colors, and Independent Trading Co. for hoodies. If you want a specific brand, SKU, or color, just tell us in the quote and we'll source it.
You're also welcome to supply your own blanks — pricing just uses the print-only cost from our chart. Customer-supplied garments are printed at the customer's risk (we're careful, but we can't guarantee replacements on supplied goods).
Standard turnaround is 7 business days from art approval for screen print and DTF apparel. Stickers and single-sheet DTF ship in 3–5 days.
Need it faster? Rush service is available down to 48 hours for smaller runs depending on current shop load. Rush adds 25–50% to the print cost. Just mention your deadline in the quote request and we'll confirm whether we can hit it before you commit.

If you need fewer shirts than our screen-print minimum, DTF is the move — no color limits, no setup fees, perfect for 1–24 pieces.
Always. Every order gets a digital mockup showing your art placed on the garment — sized, positioned, and color-matched — before we pull the first print. We won't start production until you approve it. If something's off (art placement, colors, sizing), we revise and re-send until it's right.
We ship nationwide via UPS/USPS — rates calculated at order confirmation based on weight and destination. Local customers in El Paso & the Borderland can pick up from the shop for free, and we offer local delivery on larger orders.
DTF sheets and stickers ship with free shipping included.
We stand behind our work. If we misprint an order — wrong colors, bad placement, or anything that doesn't match the approved mockup — we reprint it free within 10 business days. Our job is to get it right, and if we don't, we fix it.
Our main services are screen printing, DTF transfers, custom stickers, and promo items (hats, bags, drinkware, etc.). We partner for embroidery on hats and polos — mention it in your quote request and we'll coordinate. If you need something not listed, just ask.
