30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy on physical products. That means you’ve got 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

Digital products? Those are non-returnable—once they’re in your hands, they’re yours.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

•The item must be unworn, unused, and in the original packaging

• All tags must be intact

• You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping and proper packaging. If a replacement is approved, we’ll cover the cost of getting the new product to you.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Got something busted or not what you ordered? Contact us immediately upon receiving it so we can make it right. The faster we know, the faster we fix it.


Non-Returnable Items

Some stuff just can’t come back:

Exchanges

Want something different? The quickest way is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.


EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you’re in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked.

Same deal applies: item must be in original condition, unused, with tags and packaging. Receipt required.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bank processing times may vary. If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t seen your refund, email us at info@envyprintshop.com.
